Assessment

Assessments take place every 6 weeks and can either be inputted via Phonics Tracker or on the formatted Excel Spreadsheet.

The spreadsheet is fantastic because you can easily see an overview of the children’s knowledge and gaps are easy to spot and then address.

The first spreadsheet is for you to input the results of the Phase assessment so you can see exactly what GPCs your children may need extra support with.

You can then copy and paste these results into the entire assessment spreadsheet to measure progress and attainment from Phase 2 - 5.
